will the winegard 7003/733 pick up all 3 satellites when Shaw completes their upgrade to all HD

The Winegard automatic dishes use a standard Shaw 75E dish. To upgrade these dishes to use the new Shaw satellite you will need to make sure the LNB is a "Triple Satellite" LNB, no other hardware change is necessary.

The Third Shaw satellite does not project outside of Canada, so when the change happens people using their service outside of the recommended area will likely not get signal.

I HAVE 1 MOTOR HOME WITH WINEGARD /SHAW SYSTEM , BEST IN THE WORLD, I PURCHASED ANOTHER COACH WHICH IS A 2006 WITH A SHAW DISH ON A EXPLORERS SATELLITE SYSTEM HOOKED TO A SHAW RECEIVER ARE THESE 2 SYSTEMS COMPATIBLE?

No, the two systems (though they function very similar) use different protocols to control the motors, and parts (including the controller) are not interchanable.
